Pianovo Matte Cabinet Doors are made by bonding a 75 micron clear film of Polyester onto the surface of a double faced melamine board with MDF substrate. The finished thickness is 19mm.
Pianovo Super Matte cabinet doors show virtually no gloss compared to other acrylic styles. It is also scratch and water resistant and is not prone to fingerprinting.
Once the protective film has been removed, surfaces should be polished with an acrylic enriched Rally car polish. Thereafter, where necessary, marks can be removed with a damp cotton cloth. Wipe only with very weak solution of soapy water when necessary (no other cleaning agents).
Pianovo Matte Cabinet Doors are highly scratch resistant to the extent that you can rub steel wool on the surface and it will not scratch.
